Joe Lydon

Joe leads LendSure as president and chief executive officer. Previously, he served as president and chief operating officer of Accredited Home Lenders in San Diego, California. Joe joined Accredited in 1997 from Ford Consumer Finance, where he led the company’s western division as executive vice president; before then, he worked for Security Pacific Financial Services and oversaw all operating divsions, including sales, credit, and servicing. Joe has a degree in business administration from Pepperdine University and recently earned a master’s degree in executive leadership from University of San Diego. He resides with his wife and daughter in Orange County, California and has two sons in college.

Stu Marvin

Stu is LendSure’s executive vice president and chief financial officer. Stu extended his Sunbelt tour in 2005, when he joined Accredited as executive vice president, with responsibility for finance, capital markets and corporate communications. Previously, Stu served as president, corporate operations and CFO at Aegis Mortgage in Houston, Texas; at PriceWaterhouse Coopers, LLP in Jacksonville, Florida, he was a partner in the financial services practice. Stu is a Certified Public Accountant and received a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in accounting from Jacksonville University. Stu, his wife, and two children live in Poway, California.

Jim Konrath

Chairman of the board Jim Konrath leads LendSure’s strategic and business planning activities. He founded Accredited in 1990, serving as the company’s president and chief executive officer. Jim began his career in the financial services industry with General Electric Credit and then moved to Security Pacific, where he spent six years as president and chief executive officer. Jim founded Security Pacific Housing Services in 1983, which provided financing for manufactured housing. A graduate of University of Wisconsin -Whitewater, Jim remains a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan. He’s been married for 40 years, has two grown daughters and will become a first-time grandfather in early 2009.

Todd Harris

Todd is director of loss mitigation services at LendSure. He spent 11 years at Accredited, most recently as director of retail operations and previously, as wholesale operations group director. Todd began his career at Norwest Financial and later joined Ford Consumer Finance. As an Oregon native and Oregon State alum, he is a devoted Beaver fan. Todd has a master’s degree in executive leadership from University of San Diego. Todd and his wife stay busy with three children under the age of 10.

Jim Voisard

Jim is director of sales at LendSure with responsibility for the company’s business-to-business channel. He brings more than 30 years of sales experience to the position. Jim spent 10 years at Accredited, first as division manager, then as director of wholesale operations for the eastern U.S. In 2004, Jim was named Accredited’s director of wholesale production. Previously he worked for Ford Consumer Finance and Security Pacific. Jim has two grown children and is passionate about his Ohio State Buckeyes.

Curt Manriquez

Curt is director of sales at LendSure with responsibility for the company’s field representatives, who work directly with homeowners. Curt held several sales-related roles during his 11 years at Accredited, starting as regional manager and most recently, directing the sales effort in the western U.S. He began his career at Ford Consumer Finance. Curt graduated from San Francisco State University and is pursuing a master’s degree in executive leadership from University of San Diego. Curt and his family reside in La Jolla, California.

David Hertzel

David serves as LendSure’s general counsel, a role he held at Accredited from 1995 – 2008. Previously, he was vice president and senior counsel at American Residential Corporation, a position he held for four years; before then, he served as senior counsel at Imperial Savings Association. A member of the California State Bar, David received his juris doctor degree from University of Utah College of Law. David, his wife, and two sons live in San Diego.

Sarah Chintawat

Sarah is manager of operations and technical support at LendSure. She worked in a number of areas at Accredited, including retail operations, project management, and human resources. Prior to joining the company, Sarah worked for Bechtel Corporation, Sun Microsystems and Wells Fargo Bank. She is a cum laude graduate of California State University at Chico and received a MBA from San Diego State University. Still a newlywed, Sarah and her husband live in Poway, California.

We also may share information about you within our corporate family of office(s). We may share all of the categories of information we gather about you, including identification information (such as your name and address), credit reports (such as your credit history), application information (such as your income or credit references), your account transactions and experiences with us (such as your payment history), and information from other third parties (such as your employment history).

By purchasing LendSure's Do-It-Yourself Loan Modification Kit (the "DIY Kit"), buyer agrees that it shall not reproduce the DIY Kit, or any portion thereof, in any manner whatsoever for the purpose of providing the DIY KIT, or any portion thereof, to any third party, other than in connection with pursuing a loan modification on behalf of buyer.
